Bandrho® Media Gallery is the first major product to extend the regular photo album to any media. Going to the next step we then throw in the power of SMIL to fine tune displays and provide dynamism with the ability to control transitions and movement. The Bandrho name came about because we were ready to do a Beta release for a combined image and video photo album. Then we decided "Hey, it's not that difficult to add in an MP3 jukebox." That was band Psi. Then we added in 360 degree panorama support; band Delta. Then we thought, "That XML format is getting complex and people don't have time to learn yet another proprietary format, isn't there an already defined format out there?" That's when Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) support was added and here we are at band Rho almost to the end of the Greek alphabet. We now have quite an impressive product and hope you enjoy using it as much as we've enjoyed building it!
